Rudy Krupka – Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Krupka previously served as the Vice President of REO Management for Specialized Asset Management LLC (“SAM”) based in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.  SAM actively managed REO assets from referral to liquidation – providing clients a full menu of REO management, marketing, preservation, valuation, title curative and coordination, closing, and short sale services. As the Vice President of REO, he led and managed the daily operations and business development for SAM’s primary business units:  Specialized Asset Management and Specialized Title Services.

Prior to joining SAM, Mr. Krupka was the President / Principal of Premier Realty Group, Inc., an REO marketing firm that specialized in the marketing, management and disposition of REO assets.  He has over 23 years of business development and senior management experience with default servicing, technology, and consumer product companies.  Mr. Krupka graduated from Colorado State University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and minor in Economics.

Kim Hartmann – President and Co-Founder

Ms. Hartmann began her career in 1982 at Ticor Title while attending college in Riverside, California. She spent 20 years of her career within the Fidelity family of companies. She was with LPS – LSI Default, formerly Fidelity National Title/American Title Irvine, California from 1997 to April 2009, as Vice President of REO Closing and Title Services, later REO Client Relations.

In 2000, she created the centralized REO National Division for LPS Default, referred to as FNDS at that time. In 2002 Ms. Hartmann was awarded the Fidelity National Title Circle of Excellence award in recognition of her creation of the REO Division.

Most recently, Ms. Hartmann was Vice President of Specialized Title Services, LLC at Specialized Loan Servicing. She was recruited to Specialized to create, build, manage and market a National Title Company for Foreclosure Title, REO Title, REO Closing, Title Curative Services, Risk assessment for loan collateral due diligence and related ancillary services.

She has been an active member and speaker at REOMAC since 2005 and is also a member of NAHREP-LA, Florida Association of Code Enforcement, Asian Real Estate Association of America – Greater Los Angeles, The American Association of Code Enforcement, Women influencing Public Policy and the Code Enforcement Association of Texas. In 2010 Ms. Hartmann joined Women in Default Services and is an active member of the education committee. In May, 2011 Kim was honored to receive recognition as National Association of Professional Women – 2011 Executive Woman of the year for Colorado.
